We offer personal coaching and training plans for all types of distances of triathlon racing that accommodates all types of backgrounds, experience levels, and personal needs.
Our coaches use a combination of professional training, personal background, and racing experience to bring a tailored coaching solution that helps athletes reach their finish lines.
Sean approaches his coaching as an athlete first, with lived experience to inform his athlete's experience. Sean is knowledgeable and rigorous in his expectations but at the end of the day is engaged with each athlete's development and prioritizes the overall joy of the sport. Endurance training is challenging for many different reasons, as a competitive but novice athlete I struggled to know where to start, overcome challenges throughout training, and even know what to expect come race day. Each step of the process, Sean was there with suggestions, reassurance, and insights on how to show up as your best self on race day. Every time I reached out to Sean with a challenge, he had a series of actionable and easy recommendations to implement. I would not and could not have completed my first Ironman70.3 without the support, encouragement, and guidance from Sean... it was a high and an accomplishment I am oh so proud of, I am forever grateful.

I cannot recommend Sean’s coaching enough! His coaching plans were easy to follow and helped motivate me to workout since I didn’t have to plan workouts myself. He also customized and adapted the plan to fit my schedule and how I was feeling. My boyfriend and I both signed up for a sprint triathlon. It was great to be able to train and race together, each with our own pacing and goals. Sean had us race ready, with tailored workouts we could do together while still pushing our own individual pace. On race day we both made our time goals! Anyone looking to take on a new challenge, exercise more, or sign up for a race as a couple or with friends should definitely work with Sean!
